Rare 1920's H.A.C. Chiming Mantle Clock
In Popular Tambour Style with Attractive Spiral Gong
This is a truly antique find! A charming clock with a gorgeously aged face that gets more attractive with age. The scratches on the chrome dial heightens its age instead of detracting its value! The handsome arrows of the Hamburg American Company adorn the face and is a timeless logo. A similar one also resides in World-Famous Claphams National Clock Museum in Whangarei.

High Quality German Art Deco Design
This stunning clock comes with Authentic H.A.C. plaque on the inside of the door, including a signature etched into the door from a previous owner! This is an antique mantle or carriage clock made of possibly oak, waxed and polished at our workshop, so wood has a beautiful glossy appearance.
The H.A.C. Logo is on the higher part of the clocks face.
The door is metal and curved glass, in great condition, with a scratch here and there. Has a GORGEOUS deco roman numeral feature, and slender hands. A decorative item from the upper face of the clock has been removed, so there is some discolouration to the wood where it would have attached to.
The clock has a stunning golden movements with the arrow logo both on the face and movement itself, and a spectacularly ornate spiral gong.
Comes with a pendulum, key missing.
